Karen Haller has served as a member of the Board since the completion of the Centuri IPO in April 2024; she previously served as Chair of the Board from the completion of the Centuri IPO until September 2025. From May 2022 to May 2026, she served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Southwest Gas Holdings and the Chief Executive Officer of Southwest Gas Corporation, Southwest Gas Holdings’ gas utility, and as a director of Southwest Gas Holdings and several of its operating subsidiaries. Following her retirement from all positions at Southwest Gas Holdings and its subsidiaries on May 8, 2026, Karen has served as an advisor to Southwest Gas Holdings and plans to continue to do so through the end of 2026.
Karen serves on the boards of directors of the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance and the American Gas Association and serves as the trustee of American Gas Foundation. She received a B.S. in finance from the University of Wyoming, a J.D. from Cornell Law School, and completed the Finance for Senior Executives program at Harvard Business School.
